Full description
The first touch is a habit. So is the warm-up that keeps a hamstring whole. SoccerProtocol is built around both: the team warm-up, agility and strength work that guards against the injuries no tackle causes — the ACL, the hamstring, the groin, gone on a sprint, a cut, a cold first step. Built with Cape Concierge PT, a Cape Cod physical-therapy practice. THE PITCH, NOT A PLAYLIST Home is laid out the way a game unfolds: Pre-Match for the warm-up, the ACL Block for landing, stopping and cutting, Footwork and Touch for the run of play, Conditioning for legs that have to last ninety minutes, Full Time for recovery, and The Clubhouse for handouts — plus Old Ankle Sprain, a standalone block for a player coming back from one. Over 80 drills across eight sections — a structure a coach can actually run, not a video library to scroll. Ball-work, agility and landing are filmed rep by rep. FIRST TOUCH, EVERY DAY The one habit in the app built for a player alone: a timed nine-station wall routine — two-touch to one-touch to volleys, both feet — and a juggling ladder that keeps today's best, your all-time best and the next rung. Counted, not clocked, because nobody juggles against a stopwatch. Everything stays on your phone. NO ACCOUNT, NO SETUP There is no sign-in, no password and no roster. Download it and Pre-Match, Conditioning and Full Time are simply there, free drills in each one — nothing to set up before a practice you are already late for. WRITTEN CUES FOR ONE-BAR FIELDS Every drill lists what to actually say — "plant on the outside foot", "stay tall, don't lean back". Coaching a movement you haven't run before shouldn't depend on a video loading on a field with one bar of signal. SOCCERPROTOCOL PRO Pro unlocks the rest of the library: the filmed agility and landing work, the plyometric speed block, and the first-touch and passing film. Every way to buy it opens the same drills, the purchase screen states each option's price and terms before you buy, and a purchase restores on your other devices. What sits in the open tier is a coaching decision and may be adjusted as the program develops. TOUCHLINE CALCULATORS Sweat rate from a weigh-in and a weigh-out. A single-leg hop screen with the left/right difference worked out for you. Acute-to-chronic workload, so a spike in a training week is visible before it costs you a player. Heat-index guidance against the usual practice bands. These are screening tools for a coach, not a diagnosis, and the app says so where you use them; anything that hurts goes to a clinician. HANDOUTS FOR PARENTS AND PLAYERS Clean one-pagers you can text to a parent or print for the locker room. No app required on their end. READABLE ON THE FIELD, QUIET ABOUT YOU Type scales with the font size you already set in your system settings, the whole app is labeled for TalkBack, and it follows your light or dark preference — tested with an accessibility harness, not asserted. And there is nothing to track: no account, no advertising, no analytics, no tracking SDKs, no health records — the touchline calculators work out a number on your device and keep nothing. The one thing the app can send is the optional "ask CCPT to reach out" form in Settings — an email you type, sent only when you tap the button. Nothing is sold or shared with anyone else, ever. The program — the drills, the progression, the coaching — is built with Cape Concierge PT. The app is published and supported by Tatzel Labs LLC. Questions? Email [email protected]. Not a medical device and not medical advice. If something hurts, see a clinician.

What's new

SoccerProtocol Pro now comes as an annual plan, a monthly plan, or the lifetime pass, paid once, that never renews and never expires. Every one opens the same drills. Both plans start with a week free for new subscribers, and each ticket states its price and renewal before you buy. Settings gets a Manage subscription link, plus Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. Section titles now read clearly in the light theme, including the ACL Block.
