Full description
Count your makes. HoopsProtocol keeps score of the one drill every player already does — form shooting, alone at a rim — and wraps it in the warm-up, landing and strength work that guards against basketball's worst injuries: the ACL, the rolled ankle, jumper's knee, gone on a rebound, a closeout, a cold first jump. Built with Cape Concierge PT, a Cape Cod physical-therapy practice. THE PRACTICE BOARD Home is a coach's half-court diagram: each section anchored to the spot where its work happens — Pregame at the center circle, Ball Work in the paint, The Weight Room, Bounce for landing, Postgame for recovery and The Scorer's Table for handouts. Over 60 drills across six sections, a structure a coach can actually run rather than a video library to scroll. The shooting and ball-handling sections are filmed rep by rep. FORM SHOOTING THAT KEEPS SCORE Nine timed stations, Mikans to free throws, that run themselves — with two thumb-sized make and miss buttons, a shot chart drawn on the floor your session happened on, and a short history of past sessions. All of it on your phone; no account anywhere. LANDING IS A SKILL The Bounce section teaches it directly — snap downs, drops to stick, single-leg landings — because the mechanics that keep a knee healthy are trainable, and almost nobody trains them. NO ACCOUNT, NO SETUP There is no sign-in, no password and no roster. Download it and every section is simply there, free drills in each one — nothing to set up before a practice you are already late for. HOOPSPROTOCOL PRO Pro unlocks the rest of the library: the vertical plyometric block and the filmed shooting and ball-handling work. Choose a monthly or an annual plan, or take the lifetime unlock once — every way in opens the same drills. Both plans start with a week-long free trial for new subscribers and renew automatically at the price shown until canceled; manage or cancel them in Google Play under Payments & subscriptions, or from the app's Settings, and a trial canceled before it ends is never charged. The lifetime unlock never renews and never expires. Restore any of them with the same Google account. What sits in the open tier is a coaching decision and may be adjusted as the program develops. Terms of Use: https://playprotocol.tatzel-labs.com/terms CUES YOU CAN READ IN A LOUD GYM Every drill lists what to actually say — "land soft, land stacked", "knees over toes, chest up". Coaching a movement you haven't run before shouldn't depend on a video loading in a gym with no signal. COURTSIDE CALCULATORS Sweat rate from a weigh-in and a weigh-out. A single-leg hop screen with the left/right difference worked out for you. Acute-to-chronic workload, so a spike in a training week is visible before it costs you a player. Heat-index guidance for summer runs and gyms with no AC. Screening tools for a coach, not a diagnosis — the app says so where you use them, and anything that hurts goes to a clinician. HANDOUTS FOR PARENTS AND PLAYERS Clean one-pagers you can text to a parent or print for the locker room. No app required on their end. READABLE COURTSIDE, QUIET ABOUT YOU Type scales with the font size you already set in your system settings, the whole app is labeled for TalkBack, and it follows your light or dark preference — tested with an accessibility harness, not asserted. And there is nothing to track: no account, no advertising, no analytics, no tracking SDKs, no health records — the courtside calculators work out a number on your device and keep nothing. The one thing the app can send is the optional "ask CCPT to reach out" form in Settings — an email you type, sent only when you tap the button. Nothing is sold or shared with anyone else, ever. The program — the drills, the progression, the coaching — is built with Cape Concierge PT. The app is published and supported by Tatzel Labs LLC. Questions? Email [email protected]. Not a medical device and not medical advice. If something hurts, see a clinician.

What's new

HoopsProtocol Pro now has three ways in: a monthly plan, an annual plan, or sign once like before — every one opens the same full report. Monthly and annual start with a one-week free trial for new subscribers where offered, and every plan states its own price, renewal and what the trial becomes before you sign. Settings gets a Manage subscription link and Terms/Privacy links. Cancel any time in Google Play or from Settings.
