1. Who we are and what this is

App Intel is run by ⚠️ operator legal name and address, India. By using the website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

App Intel is an information service about apps on Google Play. It shows data collected automatically from public Google Play listing pages and Google's published sitemaps — see how we collect data. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Google. Android and Google Play are trademarks of Google LLC.

2. The data: useful, not guaranteed

• Data is collected by machines and can be late, incomplete or wrong — for example an app may look removed during a Google outage, or an install count may lag by a day or more.
• We label numbers as exact, Play range, derived or estimate. Please read the labels.
• Nothing on App Intel is financial, investment, legal or business advice. Check Google Play directly before you rely on something important.

3. Fair use

You may use App Intel for personal and business research. You may not:

• scrape or download the site in bulk with bots, or get around plan limits, rate limits or sign-in gates;
• resell or republish large parts of our data without written permission ⚠️ or a Business plan licence;
• overload, attack or probe our servers, or interfere with other users;
• sign other people up for alerts, or send removal requests for apps you do not represent;
• use the site for anything unlawful under Indian law or the law where you are.

We may block or limit access that breaks these rules.

4. Alerts and accounts

• Alerts start only after you confirm your email address (double opt-in). Every alert email has a one-click unsubscribe link.
• You can sign in with your email and password or with a link sent by email. Keep your password and your inbox secure — anyone with either can sign in as you.
• Plan limits (number of alerts, watchlist size, history depth) are described on the pricing page and can change with notice.
• You can delete your account at any time; see the privacy policy for what happens to your data.

5. Paid plans

Paid plans are not on sale yet. When they launch:

• Prices for India will be in rupees ⚠️ inclusive / exclusive of GST; elsewhere in US dollars. We will issue GST invoices where applicable.
• Plans renew automatically each month or year until you cancel. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep access until the paid period ends.
• Refunds: ⚠️ refund policy, e.g. within 7 days of first purchase.
• We will give at least ⚠️ 30 days notice by email before a price change affects your plan.

6. Content, trademarks and removal

• App names, icons, screenshots and descriptions belong to their owners. We show them to identify apps and report on changes to their public listings.
• Our own charts, compilations, text and software belong to us.
• Developers can ask us to hide their email, address or a whole page through the removal request form.
• For copyright, trademark or other legal complaints, write to our Grievance Officer (below) with the page address and the reason. As an intermediary under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the IT Rules, 2021 we act on valid notices within the time the law sets.

7. Ads and links

Free pages show ads from Google AdSense. Links to Google Play and other websites are for convenience; we are not responsible for those sites. The privacy policy explains ad cookies.

8. No warranty and limits on liability

• App Intel is provided “as is”, without promises that it will be available, error-free or fit for a particular purpose — to the extent Indian law allows.
• We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits, lost data or business decisions based on our data.
• Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or ⚠️ ₹1,000 if you paid nothing.
• Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law, such as for fraud.
• If you break these terms and that causes a claim against us, you agree to cover our reasonable costs.

9. Suspension and ending

You can stop using App Intel at any time. We may suspend or close access that breaks these terms or the law, or end the service with reasonable notice. If we end a paid service early, we refund the unused part.

10. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Please contact us first — most problems are solved quickly that way. If not, the courts at ⚠️ city, state have exclusive jurisdiction.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. We will change the date at the top, and for important changes email account holders before they take effect. Using the site after that means you accept the new terms.
