AiroHR Employee

AiroHR is the mobile companion to your AiroHR workspace — the unified HR platform that runs payroll, attendance, leaves, KYC and statutory compliance for growing companies. Your employer manages your account from the AiroHR web portal; the app puts the parts you actually use every day on your home screen — fast, private and always in your pocket. WHAT YOU CAN DO IN THE APP • Mark attendance — punch in and out from your phone, with geofence-aware location capture when your company enables it. • Apply for leave — submit casual, sick, earned and comp-off leaves with one tap; track approvals in real time. • View payslips — open your monthly payslips, salary slips and Form 16 the moment HR releases them, with one-tap PDF download. • Manage your profile — keep your contact details, address, emergency contact and bank information up to date. • Upload KYC documents — Aadhaar, PAN, photo, signature, cancelled cheque — directly from your camera or gallery. • Submit expense claims and reimbursement requests with attachments. • Read company announcements, policies and the holiday calendar. • Get instant push notifications when your leave is approved, your payslip is released, or HR needs an action from you. DESIGNED FOR MOBILE • Single-tap login that remembers you for 30 days — sign in once and forget about it. • Lightning-fast over slow networks — pages are optimised for 3G and patchy office wifi. • Works on Android 6 (Marshmallow) and above; built and tested for Android 15+. • Dark-mode friendly, edge-to-edge layout, native back-button behaviour.
