AiroLens – Face Attendance

AiroLens turns any Android phone or tablet into a face-attendance device for your business running on AiroHR. Log in as the business admin, enrol your staff once, and let employees punch in and out by simply looking at the camera — no fingerprint scanner, no cards, nothing to type. FOR BUSINESS OWNERS AND HR ADMINS • Admin login with mobile number + OTP, then link the device to your company • Enrol staff from the device with a guided 5-shot face capture • Staff list with Enrolled / Not Enrolled views and search • Attendance Logs by date, synced with your AiroHR dashboard • Device settings: device name, face-detection strictness, accidental-punch check FOR EMPLOYEES • Punch In / Punch Out with live face verification in under two seconds • Low-light warning and duplicate-punch protection • Punches flow straight into AiroHR attendance, overtime and payroll PRIVATE BY DESIGN • Face matching runs entirely ON THE DEVICE. Camera frames are never uploaded. • Enrolment stores one encrypted mathematical template with the employer — never a photo. • Consent-first: each employee agrees before enrolment; the employer can delete a template any time from the AiroHR portal (DPDP-aligned). • Every punch is cryptographically signed by the provisioned device. AiroLens requires an active AiroHR business subscription. Employees do not need their own account — the device is set up once by the admin.
