ChildWise Live

ChildWise is the all-in-one operating system for childcare centers, preschools, and in-home daycare providers. Built by childcare operators who understand the daily challenges of running a center, ChildWise replaces scattered tools and paperwork with one intelligent platform. What ChildWise does Auto-Scheduling — Build ratio-compliant, overtime-aware staff schedules in seconds. Use historical attendance, parent-submitted drop-off and pickup times, or both. Sign In and Sign Out — Track child attendance with QR kiosks, parent app sign-ins, or staff-managed check-ins. Stay licensing-compliant without the clipboard. Staff Time Clock — Built-in time tracking with role-based access, automatic break detection, and exportable reports for payroll. Billing and Invoicing — Send invoices, accept tuition payments, and track balances. Block-rate plans, hourly rates, and custom billing all supported. Messaging — Secure communication between staff and parents with classroom, teaching team, office, and direct message channels. Daily Observations — Document developmental progress with photos and notes. Share with parents instantly. Developmental Assessments — The ChildWise Assessment, based on Michigan Early Childhood Standards of Quality, helps teachers track Birth-through-Kindergarten development across three rating periods per year. Lesson Planning — Assisted lesson plans aligned to your curriculum and child age groups. Enrollment Management — Track inquiries, tours, waitlists, and enrollment paperwork. Predictive enrollment forecasting helps directors plan staffing months ahead. Staff Training — Built-in CEU and CDA training with auto-matched courses for licensing renewals. Director and Staff Assistant — Get instant answers about policies, schedules, billing, and licensing without interrupting busy directors. Built for childcare professionals ChildWise is designed for licensed childcare directors, teachers, assistants, and the parents they serve. Information about children is entered by the center on behalf of enrolling families, with the center responsible for obtaining required parental consent. Privacy and security We take child data seriously. ChildWise uses TLS encryption in transit, encryption at rest, hashed and salted passwords, role-based access controls, and audit logging. We never sell data, never use child data for advertising, and never share information with third parties for their own purposes. Who it is for Childcare center directors and owners.
