AiroHR HR

AiroHR HR is the manager and administrator companion to your AiroHR workspace — the unified HR platform that runs payroll, attendance, leaves, KYC and statutory compliance for growing companies. Built for HR teams, managers and business owners, the app puts your whole organisation in your pocket — review and approve on the move, without waiting to get back to a desk. WHAT YOU CAN DO IN THE APP • Approve in seconds — clear leave requests, attendance regularisations, expense claims and reimbursements the moment they arrive. • Run attendance — see who's in, who's on leave and who's running late across teams and locations, with geofence check-ins when enabled. • Manage payroll — review monthly payroll, release payslips and Form 16, and track salary, tax and statutory components. • See your people — open employee profiles, KYC documents, bank details and employment records from anywhere. • Stay on top of reports — headcount, attendance, leave balances and payroll summaries at a glance. • Post announcements, policies and holiday calendars to your whole company. • Get instant push notifications the moment something needs your approval or action. DESIGNED FOR MOBILE • Single-tap login that remembers you for 30 days — sign in once and forget about it. • Lightning-fast over slow networks — pages are optimised for 3G and patchy office wifi. • Works on Android 6 (Marshmallow) and above; built and tested for Android 15+. • Dark-mode friendly, edge-to-edge layout, native back-button behaviour.
