Store listing

Full description

PartYard is the parts store for vehicle workshops. Every spare part that arrives is received against a vehicle or job card, photographed, and stored in a coded rack cell or a photo-anchored spot on the floor or in the yard. When the technician needs it, they scan the vehicle's VIN sticker or number plate and PartYard shows exactly where each part is, with a rack schematic, the photos taken at storage, and a compass that points the way across the yard. RECEIVE - Scan the VIN sticker or number plate - on-device OCR, no typing - Receive one or many parts against the vehicle or its open job card - Photograph each part as proof of receipt STORE - Coded racks with zones, rows and cells, drawn once by the workshop - Floor and yard areas with landmarks, for bulky parts that never fit a rack - Take a wide, close and detail photo so the spot is unmistakable - Or use the assistant: "store the bumper on rack 3, second shelf" FIND - Scan the car again - every part stored for it, where it is, who put it there - Rack view highlights the exact cell; yard view walks you to the spot - Receiving notes and labels ready to print or share BUILT FOR THE WORKSHOP FLOOR - Works fully offline - everything is kept on the device and synced when there is signal - Phone and tablet layouts; large touch targets for gloved hands - Roles for admins, supervisors, storekeepers and technicians - Web admin panel for staff, racks and floor plans PartYard is used with an account created by your workshop administrator. There is no public sign-up - contact us at partyard.hundai.tech/support.html to set up your workshop.
