Vigilon is the mobile companion of the Vigilon web service, the audit chatbot that connects read-only to your ERP (Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL, Odoo and more), runs eight audit engines with more than fifty rules and turns the results into findings, alerts and reports. This app brings those results to your phone and tablet. DASHBOARD • Open findings, monetary exposure, critical count and resolutions this month • Severity mix, findings by month, top rules by exposure, exposure by engine • Alerts: the newest critical and high findings RUNS • Every audit run with its period, connection, status and finding count • Live progress for runs in flight, rule-by-rule summary when done FINDINGS • Filter by severity, engine and status; sorted by exposure • Each finding with its evidence rows, first-seen run, owner and a suggested fix REPORTS • The PDF and XLSX reports generated by the web app. Open them in the app or share to Files, Mail or WhatsApp ASK • Plain-language questions ("exposure by engine", "runs that failed", "this month vs last month") answered from your own audit data SIGN-IN • Your audit e-mail plus a 6-digit code sent to that inbox. No password on mobile. Stay signed in for 30 days. The app is read-only by design: it never changes a finding, run or report.
