Comstice Quartz Mobile app helps contact center agents to access their daily performance scorecards access their shift schedule, view and update team calendar, request PTO, and manage their shift preferences. Contact center agents can also use the app to submit unplanned absences, delayed start requests, trade their shifts with other reps within the same team. Comstice Quartz Mobile app helps to improve shift attendance, shift accuracy, team availability as well as the performance of the contact center agents by offering daily visual scorecards.
