Comstice Mobile Connect helps companies to use Amazon Connect not only for customer service but also for enterprise telephony. Employees, partners, and franchisers can log in, make and receive calls via their Amazon Connect instance. The app supports Single Sign-On with MFA for highest level of security. It helps customer-facing employees and partners to have a business phone line, set themselves available to receive calls, shield their mobile number, and use Amazon Connect numbers instead. They can be more available, handle more customer calls and make more callbacks. Users can also search for CRM contacts from phone book view and you can assign callback tasks using Amazon Connect tasks feature.
