Alpha-One Plus Security Personnel App is built for professional guards and officers to manage their work, compliance, availability, and communication with clients and admin — all from their phone. Begin by completing your onboarding process, uploading compliance documents (e.g. SIA Badge, DBS, Right to Work), and e-signing your contracts. Once your profile is approved by admin, you’ll gain access to available bookings, live job applications, and weekly shift schedules. Bookings are confirmed through an in-app request system — accept or reject them based on your availability. Once accepted, you’ll see your shifts under "Upcoming", and you can only check in when physically on site, using your phone’s GPS to verify your location. Holiday requests, live job applications, and document resubmissions are just a few taps away. The app is designed to give you full flexibility, transparency, and secure access to your work-related data, all in real time.
