Alpha-One Plus Admin App empowers security agency managers and operations teams to manage every part of their workflow — from bookings and compliance to disputes, invoices, live jobs and more — all in one secure app. Admins are created and assigned specific roles by the Super Admin via the Admin Portal. Once logged in, admins gain instant access to a high-level dashboard with live data insights: active bookings, missed check-ins, pending compliance, disputes, and live job applications. Bookings can be filtered by status and edited at any time — change dates, services, personnel, or hourly rates on the fly. Whether it's a new shift or a live job, the admin can create it, set custom staff payout rates, and publish it to available officers based on their location and availability.
