Samarqand HR سمرقند

Internal app for the staff of Samarqand Sweets. Accounts are not created by users - the company creates each account and gives the employee a staff number and password. ATTENDANCE One-tap check-in and check-out from the home screen, with the location recorded at the moment of the punch. Punches work offline and upload themselves when the network returns, so a sales rep out in the market clocks in at the real time, not when coverage arrives. LEAVE AND SHORT ABSENCES Your balance is shown as a percentage and in remaining days. Request leave, write the reason, and the decision reaches you as a notification. SALARY ADVANCES Clear weekly and monthly caps, an installment plan set by the manager, and the remaining amount always visible. SALARY A detailed monthly payslip: basic pay, allowances, overtime, bonuses, what was deducted and why, social security, and the net. YOUR DOCUMENTS Contract, certificates and papers in one place, with an electronic signature where one is needed. COMPANY POLICIES The full rules and regulations, and contact numbers one tap away by call or WhatsApp. PRODUCT CATALOGUE The complete Samarqand catalogue inside the app. It works offline, so a rep can open it in front of a customer anywhere. FOR MANAGEMENT AND PARTNERS - Who is present and who is absent today, at a glance - Approve or reject requests with a reason that reaches the employee - Each employee's file: salary, balances, documents and permissions - Add a new employee with their account and password - Full reports exported to Excel YOUR PRIVACY Location is read only when you press the punch button - never in the background and never while the app is closed. Each employee sees their own file, and the limits are enforced on the server, not in the app. Fingerprint or face unlock is optional and stays on your device. A full Arabic interface, right to left.
