Alfakhera HR — Human Resources

Internal HR app for Alfakhera employees only. No self sign-up — the company creates each employee's account and hands them their employee number and password. ATTENDANCE One-tap punch from the home screen, with your location recorded at the moment you punch. A punch far from the office is never rejected — it is logged and only flags an alert for management. Punching works offline and syncs automatically once you're back online. LEAVE AND SHORT ABSENCES Your balance in days, always visible. Request leave or a short absence with a reason, and get an instant notification when your manager decides. ADVANCES Request a salary advance within the company's limit, and track your installment plan and remaining balance. PAYSLIP AND STATEMENT A detailed monthly slip: base pay, allowances, overtime, bonuses, what was deducted and why, and your net pay. A consolidated statement is available once HR approves it. BONUSES, VIOLATIONS AND CUSTODY Your full record: what you were granted or deducted, and any company property assigned to you. DOCUMENTS Your documents and certificates in one place, with e-signature where one is required. OTHER REQUESTS Claims, tasks, data-correction and general requests defined by the company, tracked step by step. MY JOB AND MY SCORE Your job description and career path, and your performance score with the criteria behind it, always visible to you. TRAINING Your training courses and progress. MY SHIFTS Your upcoming shift schedule, and requesting a change. COMPANY NEWS AND POLICIES Internal announcements and full company policies, with contact numbers a tap away. FOR SUPERVISORS, DEPARTMENT MANAGERS AND MANAGEMENT - Who's in and who's out today, at a glance - Approve or reject requests with a reason the employee sees - Every employee's file: data, balances and documents - Add a new employee with their account and password - Reports exportable to Excel YOUR PRIVACY Your location is requested when you tap the punch button and is only sent with the punch - never in the background or while the app is closed. Employees see their own file, management sees what its role allows, and access limits are enforced on the server, not just in the app. Full right-to-left Arabic interface, with English.
