What's new

New: on-screen Reminder. While you use a paused app, every so often Pausa shows how long you've been there and suggests something practical: stretch, text someone, move a task forward. You choose to keep going or leave. • Turning on Accessibility is clearer: a separate screen explains what Pausa reads, and you choose "Accept" or "Decline". • The "Was it worth it?" notification is gone. • Pulling down the notification shade no longer ends your session.
