■スマホでヘルプカードを作成・表示できるアプリです。ヘルプマークやマタニティマークを身につけるのを忘れた時など、緊急時やお手伝いが必要な時にサッとスマホで提示して、わかりやすく周りの方にご理解ご支援が必要な内容を伝えます。 ■用途に応じた３種類のカードが選択できます。・ヘルプカード障害や疾患があり、支援や配慮が必要なことを周囲に伝えるためのカードです。支援や配慮が必要な方であればどなたでも利用できます。・マタニティーカード妊産婦であることを伝えるためのカードです。・通院カードケガや体調不良などの通院時用のカードです。 ■カードに表示できる内容は以下の通りです。・病気・障害の名称や特徴・支援内容・緊急連絡先・氏名、生年月日、血液型・服用している薬・アレルギーカードに表示する内容は編集画面で表示する/しないの選択ができます。 ■作成できるカードは４枚。ご自身の分だけでなく、ご家族用にもカードを作成できます。血液型や薬、アレルギーの情報などをあらかじめカードに保存しておけば、必要なときにすばやくわかりやすくご理解ご支援が必要な内容を伝えます。
