JAMS Incident Management turns your phone into the pager for your on-call rotation. A notification that respects Do Not Disturb is a notification nobody sees at 2 a.m. Critical alerts from this app break through Do Not Disturb and silent mode, so the person on call wakes up and the incident gets handled. ALERTS THAT REACH YOU • Critical alerts override Do Not Disturb and silent mode once you allow it during setup • Escalation moves from responder to responder until someone acknowledges • See every channel an alert went out on: push, voice call, SMS, WhatsApp, email, Microsoft Teams, and Slack ACKNOWLEDGE OR ESCALATE IN ONE TAP • Acknowledge from the lock screen or the app • Escalate to the next responder when it isn't yours to fix • See who responded, how, and what they did FIX JAMS SCHEDULER JOBS FROM THE ALERT • Restart a failed job, continue a sequence, or cancel it without opening a laptop • Open the job log without leaving the app KNOW WHO'S ON CALL • See who holds the pager right now across every on-call schedule • Check your own on-call status at a glance • Alert history for the last 7 days, grouped by incident instead of by channel BUILT FOR IT OPERATIONS, SRE, AND DEVOPS TEAMS Connects to JAMS Scheduler, Azure Monitor, ServiceNow, Zendesk, and any system that can send a webhook.
