Saarthi Admin

Saarthi Admin is the authorized mobile operations app for retailers participating in Saarthi Elite. Access is restricted to provisioned OWNER, ADMIN, and STAFF accounts. Depending on role, operators can: • Review operational dashboards and loyalty activity. • Register and manage Contractor, ADMIN, and STAFF records. • View Contractor sites, scans, points, and reward activity. • Scan or manually enter a product Claim Code to process returned products. • Cancel unused QR labels or reverse already credited points through the controlled return workflow. • Fulfill eligible physical reward claims using the Contractor's five-minute in-app collection token. • Review reports and account information. Role permissions are validated by the Saarthi Elite backend. STAFF access remains read-only for protected management and reward-fulfillment actions. Saarthi Admin is not intended for the general public and does not offer public account registration.
