Saarthi Elite

Saarthi Elite helps registered contractors earn and manage loyalty points from eligible products supplied by their participating retailer. Scan the QR label on each eligible product, review the batch, and add it to your points account. If a camera cannot read a label, enter the six-digit Claim Code printed on it. Contractors can: • View available and lifetime points. • Review scan outcomes, points history, and the customer each scan was credited to. • Browse available rewards, choose eligible rewards, and cancel before collection where allowed. • Approve or reject a Team Member's time-limited access request. • Receive a secure in-app collection token when an authorized retailer operator is fulfilling a reward. • Open Help, Privacy, and Data Request information from inside the app. Team Members receive limited scan access only after the registered Contractor approves a live-selfie request. Approval requests expire after five minutes and approved access ends at midnight India time. Saarthi Elite accounts are issued by participating retailers. Points and rewards are subject to the retailer's programme rules and have no cash-withdrawal facility.
