Plaza Baron is a calm business sim about shopping malls. You buy a plot, raise a centre and fill the windows with shops. Footfall becomes sales, and sales become rent. Then the next quarter arrives. A MALL YOU CAN SEE The facade shows floors, lit shop windows and people by the door when the centre is busy. Vacant units stay dark. The rating, from 1 to 5, sits on the sign. SHOPS THAT GROW A shop that sells well for several quarters gains a level and pays a little more rent. One that struggles can drop. An escalator or a lift brings people upstairs. Restrooms, cleaning, security and parking matter – if they are missing, visitors notice. FROM YOUR HOME CITY OUTWARD Start in a Nordic city and expand when the company can carry it. Rivals build too.
