Healthy Habits Hero

Healthy Habits Hero turns healthy living into a gentle daily game, for busy young adults, parents and grandparents alike. Each day you get three small challenges to Move, Nourish and calm your Mind. Choose Easy, Moderate or Challenging, and switch on seated exercises if standing is hard. Log your glasses of water and your meals with one big tap, and write one line in your gratitude journal each evening. Your friendly coach, Thandi the Tortoise, Grace the Owl or Sipho the Sunbird, cheers you on and can read every challenge and tip out loud. Every healthy habit earns seeds. Spend them in the garden shop on daisies, sunflowers, a lemon tree or a king protea, and watch your garden bloom as you keep going. Streaks and badges celebrate a week of good habits. When you want a break, play gentle games with no timers: Fruit Frenzy, Hydration Dash and a relaxing picture puzzle. Or follow a guided breathing exercise. The Learn tab has short, one-minute reads on hydration, nutrition, safe exercise and mood. Comfortable for everyone, including older adults: - Large, clear text, with an extra-large option - Big buttons that are easy to tap - Works on phones and tablets - Gentle reminders in the morning, afternoon and evening, at times you choose - Works offline, with no account, no adverts and no tracking - Everything stays on your phone Healthy Habits Hero offers general wellness information, not medical advice. Please speak to your doctor or clinic nurse before changing medicines, diet or exercise. Made in Gqeberha, South Africa, by Chrisolution Enterprise.
