Daily Outdoor Missions

Working from home makes it easy to go days without stepping outside. The office is your kitchen, the gym is a click away and dinner arrives at the door. Daily Outdoor Missions gives you one small, easy reason to go out, every single day. One mission a day Every morning you get a fresh mission. Most take 15 to 30 minutes and need no special gear, and you can skip or swap any that doesn't suit you: • Walk a street you've never walked, end to end • Catch the golden hour somewhere with a view to the west • Photograph a handful of yellow things and make a little collection • Take your lunch outside, anywhere but your desk • Take one of today's calls on foot, audio only • Find a bench you've never sat on and sit for five minutes 75 hand-written missions across walking, exploring, nature, photography, mindfulness, gentle movement, small treats, culture and work breaks (six are longer weekend adventures, included with Pro). They're low-key on purpose: no stunts, no equipment, and you always decide what's safe and right for you. Missions that need a little extra care, like a walk after sunset, carry a one-line safety hint. Made for your day Tell Daily Outdoor Missions how much time you can spare, when you're usually free and whether a mission may cost a little (a coffee, a bus ticket). Missions follow the season where you live, weekdays stay short and weekends can go longer. Not feeling today's mission? Swap it. Reminders that make sense A morning reveal with the day's mission, a nudge at the right moment for it (golden-hour missions remind you before your local sunset) and a gentle evening streak saver. Travelling? Reminders follow your phone's time zone. Every reminder is about your mission, not marketing. A habit that feels good Hold to complete and enjoy the confetti. Keep your streak alive, earn XP and level up from Homebody to Legend. Tap how each mission felt, watch your month fill up with colour and see your time outside add up. Who it's for People who work from home, freelancers, students, anyone whose front door stays shut on a busy day. Daily Outdoor Missions is not a step counter or a workout plan; it's a small daily nudge to get some air. Private by design No account. No ads. No tracking. Your missions, streak and journal are stored on your phone, and missions work without a connection (purchases and the city lookup need one). Location is optional and approximate: if you share it, Daily Outdoor Missions rounds it to about 1 km and uses it for the season, your local sunset time and your city name. We run no servers, so it is not sent to us. Daily Outdoor Missions Pro The free app is complete. Pro makes it yours: • Choose which kinds of missions you get • 3 swaps every day instead of 1 a week • 2 automatic streak freezes a month, so a sick day doesn't break the chain • Weekend adventures: longer missions for Saturdays and Sundays • Insights into what you do most and your time outside • Pick your own reminder times Pro comes as a yearly subscription or a monthly subscription. Each plan's price is shown in the app before you buy. Payment is charged to your Google Play account when you confirm the purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel any time in Google Play under Payments and subscriptions. If a free trial is offered, you are charged when it ends unless you cancel before. The Terms of Use and Privacy Policy are linked in the app under Settings → Help & legal. Missions are suggestions. You decide whether and how to do them: skip anything that isn't safe or right for you, follow traffic rules and local laws, and check with a doctor before starting new physical activity. Daily Outdoor Missions is a gentle daily nudge, not medical or fitness advice. Questions? Reach us from Settings → Contact us.
