Tell it how you feel and it suggests one short reset that fits – most take 1 to 5 minutes – with guided breathing, grounding, muscle release, thought labelling or focus work, so you can get back to your day. HOW IT WORKS • Check in: pick how you feel (calm to overwhelmed), optionally what it is about and what you need. • Get one recommendation with a plain-language reason – not an endless list. • Follow the guided player: breathing circle, timed steps, countdown, pause any time. • Say how you feel afterwards. The app remembers what helped you and suggests it first. • "I need to calm down": a 2-minute guided protocol that starts with zero questions. Free for everyone. NO STRESS PREMIUM The free version includes check-ins, the calm-down protocol, 12 core resets, the 7-day starter plan, the first part of every guide and your last 7 days of history. Premium is an optional monthly auto-renewing subscription that unlocks all 48 resets, every reset in your Path, levels 2 and 3 with full guides, all plans, weekly insights and your complete history. Payment is charged to your Google Play account when you confirm the purchase. The subscription renews automatically every month unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel it any time in your Google Play account settings.
