aXis: Body Fat & Physique Scan

aXis turns your phone camera into a body fat scanner. Take a photo and the AI estimates your body fat percentage and ten body measurements, then tracks every number over time and keeps it in sync with Hevy. Built for lifters who care about the details. AI BODY FAT SCANNER Get your body fat percentage from a single photo, with no calipers, no DEXA appointment and no scale. aXis uses your height as the scale reference, returns a confidence score with every scan, and lets you correct any value before you save it. BODY FAT AI, NOT A BODY FAT CALCULATOR Most body fat apps ask for a tape measurement and run a formula anyone could run on paper. aXis reads the photo itself. That is why the body fat estimator hands back a confidence score instead of one confident-sounding number: you can see when a scan was clean and when the lighting worked against it, then rescan and watch the confidence move. A FULL BODY SCAN, WITHOUT THE SCANNER A full body scan used to mean a booth, an appointment and a fee. aXis is a body scan app that does the job from arm's length. Stand in frame and the body measurement scanner returns your neck, chest, waist and hips, plus left and right biceps, forearms and thighs, in a single pass. Every scan keeps its photo, so your body fat history doubles as a set of progress photos. SYMMETRY LAB Compare your left and right biceps, thighs and forearms over time and close imbalances before they show. Trend charts cover body fat percentage, daily calories, workout volume, and each exercise's max weight, best set or estimated one-rep max. WORKOUT LOG AND QUICK LOG Start a workout and log sets from a library of 433 exercises, or create your own. Star your favorites and they stay on top. Quick Log records a single set in two taps, with weight and reps filled in from last time. Edit or delete any past workout, and scroll back through your whole history. GREASE THE GROOVE Training pull-ups or push-ups through the day? Turn on grease-the-groove mode and every Quick Log set joins one rolling workout for today, synced to Hevy as a single session. TWO-WAY HEVY SYNC Add your Hevy API key and aXis pulls in your whole Hevy workout history, pushes the workouts you log back to Hevy, keeps edits and deletes in step, and posts your approved body measurements to your Hevy profile. LOG FROM YOUR WATCH The Wear OS app shows your latest body fat percentage and logs sets from your wrist, with your favorite exercises first and recent ones next. AI NUTRITION Snap a meal and the AI counts each item and estimates calories, protein, carbs and fat. Or add meals by hand. Today's calories against your target sit on the dashboard. AI COACH Ask about training, nutrition or body composition. The AI Coach answers from your own aXis measurements and Hevy workouts. SHARE YOUR PHYSIQUE CARD Turn your latest scan into a branded card with your body fat percentage, bicep symmetry and your Hevy and Instagram handles, ready for Stories. HOW YOUR DATA IS HANDLED Body scans, food scans and AI Coach messages are sent over an encrypted connection to Google Gemini for analysis, and only after you allow it. You can revoke that permission at any time in the app. Your saved scan photos, measurements and workouts stay in the app on your phone. We never sell your data. FREE AND PRO The workout log, Hevy sync, symmetry charts, food journal and share card are free. aXis Pro adds AI body and food scans and the AI Coach, with a free trial.
