Research 25 technologies and 14 civics across six eras, from Ancient to Modern. It is a turn-based strategy game you play offline from the first tile to the final turn — and it finishes. A campaign is a few sessions, not a few months. DIPLOMACY, TRADE AND WAR Rival leaders remember what you did. Declare war formally, batter a city's walls until it falls, and take their capital — or make peace when the war costs more than it pays. Horses, iron, saltpeter, coal and oil gate the strongest units, so lease what you lack from a neighbour and sell your surplus. Every open war drains your science and culture, so total war has a price. The rival AI runs offline on your device, so diplomacy never waits on a server. CITIES AND WONDERS Every building and wonder has its own painted card. Every Kind has a signature wonder that only one empire in the world can raise, so race your rivals for it — and rush-buy units and buildings with gold when time is short. TWENTY KINDS, TWENTY WAYS TO PLAY Beavers who dam and build. Crows who scout. Bees who swarm. Fungus that spreads instead of marching. Machines, otters, moths and octopuses — and visitors who were never from here: lizardfolk, the Greys and stranger callers. Each Kind is a full civilization with its own figures, a unique unit and a signature wonder, so an animal civilization game and an alien civilization game share one offline board.
