BUILT AROUND YOUR OWN PACE Most breathing apps hand you a fixed count. Aurora starts by watching yours. Tap through two ordinary breaths and the app measures your inhale and exhale seconds, then builds a six-cycle guide around them. No microphone, no camera - only your taps. Optional holds can be added afterwards, or left out entirely. Turn voice or sound off whenever you want the screen alone. INSPIRATORY HOLD LAB A separate, deliberately conservative space for held-in breath work: natural breathing, one comfortable inhale, a held breath, then an unhurried recovery. Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced and Custom levels, a safety acknowledgement before every start, and no leaderboard - open-hold time is never saved as a record.
