Piano, guitar, harp, flute, violin and saxophone each have a collection of their own, beside Guided Meditation, Sleep Stories, Lullabies, Rivers & Ocean, Tibetan Music and Chakra Meditation. The nature collections gather rain and thunder, rivers and ocean waves, forest mornings and birdsong. Layer your own atmosphere The sound mixer places three generated ambient textures over the track you are playing - soft rain, evening wind and warm embers - each with its own volume. They are synthesized textures rather than field recordings, and they pause and fade together with your relaxing music 2026. Decide how the evening ends Set a sleep timer from 1 to 720 minutes with a closing fade of 30, 45 or 60 seconds, so nothing stops abruptly. Repeat the track you are on, or choose Listen to the complete track when you would rather hear a meditation to the end; that cancels the timer and turns repeat off without restarting playback. When the source provides it, the player shows elapsed time and track length. Create a moment Pick Meditation, Sleep, Focus or Nature, choose 5 to 60 minutes, and the app offers three tracks from the matching collections. The time you pick sets the timer for the session; it is not the length of a recording. Come back to what works Save up to twelve rituals - the track, the ambient levels, the volume, the timer and the fade - and start one again with a single tap. A calmer screen Breathe follows a simple visual rhythm, four seconds in and six seconds out, at whatever pace feels comfortable.
