Prism Inspector is an industrial app for browsing and managing 3D vision inspection data from the manufacturing floor on your mobile device. Built on results collected from automated 3D vision inspection equipment, it lets you check line status and quality anytime, anywhere. ■ Key features • Real-time line status See which lines are running, stopped or reporting NG at a glance, with OK/NG counts and UPH (units per hour) for every line. • Captured images with feature points Measurement feature points are mapped onto the inspection image, so you can see exactly where each result came from. • 3D point cloud viewer Rotate and zoom the scanned 3D point cloud on your phone to examine the location and shape of a defect in detail. • Per-feature measurements and tolerances Every feature is listed with its measured value, deviation from nominal and allowed tolerance, so out-of-spec items stand out immediately. • OK/NG per checkpoint Review the OK/NG verdict for each inspection item and trace defects down to the individual checkpoint. • NG and re-scan alerts Receive a push notification the moment a defect (NG) or re-scan occurs, and respond fast. • Inspection history and trend charts Search inspection data by LOT number and track daily, weekly and monthly OK/NG trends in charts.
