Line Vision is a production line monitoring app that lets you watch weld inspection results from multiple lines on a single screen and spot quality issues the moment they happen. Built on data collected by the automated inspection equipment installed on each line, the app provides: • Line status dashboard See which lines are running, stopped or reporting NG at a glance, along with today's output and the OK/NG ratio in real time. • OK, NG and UPH per line Track good parts, defects and units per hour for every line, and review any date's figures. • Weld point results with images View the weld bead region detected by AI and compare measurements such as bead width and weld length side by side with the specification. • Real-time NG alerts Get notified the moment a defect occurs on the floor and jump straight to the inspection detail for that LOT. • Trend charts Follow daily, weekly and monthly OK/NG trends to keep quality under control. Line Vision is a mobile solution optimized for production line monitoring, weld quality management, defect response and production status reporting.
