ActiKidz Partner

ActiKidz Partner is the staff app for training schools, activity studios and independent teachers that run their classes on ActiKidz. It is a business tool, not a consumer app. WHO SIGNS IN Owners, admin staff and teachers of an organisation that uses ActiKidz. Accounts are issued by the organisation itself - there is no public sign-up, and everything you see belongs to the organisation you were invited to. If you are a parent looking for your child's classes, install the ActiKidz app instead. WHAT YOU CAN DO Today, from your phone Open onto what your organisation has running today, and a teaching view of your own classes for the day. Take roll Mark present, absent or late for a session, handle leave requests, and look back over attendance history and schedule changes. Write the class report Score each evaluation dimension, write the comment (an AI draft is available to start from), attach photos or video taken on the spot, and send the finished report to the parents. Homework Assign homework to a class, see what has come back, and give feedback on each submission. Students and enrolments Search the roster, open a student profile, manage enrolments and the waitlist, group students, and add a new student in a few taps. Courses and scheduling Create courses, build recurring schedules with the scheduling wizard, handle change requests, record teacher leave and substitutions, and manage trial lessons and one-to-one bookings. Quizzes and grading Build papers from a question bank, run quiz sessions, grade in the grading centre, and read the learning analytics per student. Money Track receivables, record and confirm payments, issue statements, and follow refunds, fees and expenses. Parents and announcements Answer parent messages from the communication hub, publish announcements, and read parent feedback. How the business is doing Overview, course and student analytics for the whole organisation - with branch, room, staff and role settings for schools that need them. NOTES Subscription plans and account billing for your organisation are managed on actikidz.com. Available in English, Simplified Chinese and Traditional Chinese.
