ActiKidz

Thousands of children's classes and camps are running near you right now - swimming, skating, art, music and dance, day camps - listed by community centres and local programs. ActiKidz is where you find them, and where everything your children are already enrolled in finally lives in one place. FIND SOMETHING FOR THEM TO DO Browse by category, age range and location. Open a course to see its full schedule before you commit. Save the ones you like, follow the providers you already use, and book a trial lesson when a teacher offers one. You can look around before you create an account. THEN KEEP IT ALL STRAIGHT You find out how class went, without being in the room You drop your child off and come back an hour later. "How was it?" "Fine." After each lesson your teacher can send a class report: a rating on each evaluation dimension, a written comment, and the photos or video taken during the lesson. Reports are kept, so by the end of term you have something real to look back on instead of a pile of receipts. One calendar for the whole family The home screen shows what is on today. The family calendar shows the week for every child at once, and each child also has their own schedule page. Subscribe from your phone's own calendar app so class times sit alongside work and everything else in your week. Nothing you paid for quietly disappears See what is outstanding, pay in the app, and keep a payment method on file. Track how many sessions are left in each class package and which make-up credits you can still use, so prepaid classes are not lost to a count nobody was keeping. ALSO IN THE APP Attendance. Scan the check-in code your school displays and your child is marked present. Request leave for a class, and look back over attendance history and schedule changes. Homework. See what has been assigned and when it is due, upload the finished work as a photo, and read the teacher's feedback. Quizzes and the mistake book. Take the quizzes your teacher assigns, review the questions your child got wrong, and see where the results are trending. Growth over time. The growth centre pulls attendance, class reports and goals together for each child. Staying in touch. Message teachers and staff directly, read announcements and updates in the in-app notification centre, check the waivers you have signed, and leave a review at the end of term. Every child in the family gets their own profile, so a household with three kids across four activities still has one place to look. GETTING STARTED Create a family account in the app and add your children. If the school, studio or private teacher they already go to runs on ActiKidz, their schedule, attendance, reports and bills appear automatically. Available in English, Simplified Chinese and Traditional Chinese. YOUR ACCOUNT You can deactivate your account from inside the app: open the Me tab, go to your profile page, and choose account deactivation. There is a grace period during which you can reverse it before it becomes permanent.
