Alienworld HR

Alienworld HR is the internal staff app for Alienworld Technology Berhad and its subsidiaries. It is available to employees only — accounts are created by an HR administrator and there is no public sign-up. WHAT YOU CAN DO Leave Apply for annual, medical, hospitalisation, maternity, paternity and unpaid leave. See your remaining balance before you apply, attach a medical certificate where one is needed, and track approvals as they happen. Approvers get the request on their phone and can decide from anywhere. Claims Submit expense claims with photos of your receipts and follow each one from submitted to approved to paid. Attendance Clock in and out from your phone. Punches are geofenced to your project or department's registered sites, so your location is read at the moment you punch and never in the background. Payslips Open and download your payslips for any month, with EPF, SOCSO, EIS and PCB shown in full. Company announcements Read memos from HR, with a notification when a new one is posted. For managers and heads of department: approve your team's leave and claims, see who is away on a shared calendar, and review your team's attendance. PRIVACY Your data is used to run the HR system and nothing else. There is no advertising, no analytics and no tracking, and nothing is sold or shared with third parties. Location is collected only when you clock in or out. Full detail is at https://hr.alienworld.asia/privacy
