Alienworkshop

Alienworkshop is the customer app for Alienworkshop Technology, Malaysia. Book your car in, follow the work as it happens, approve quotes from your phone and order parts matched to your exact vehicle. BOOK A SERVICE IN UNDER A MINUTE Choose your vehicle, choose the service, choose a slot. Your vehicle details are saved after the first booking, so the next one takes seconds. The workshop confirms and you are notified straight away. WATCH THE JOB, DON'T CHASE IT Live job status shows where your car actually is: checked in, under inspection, work in progress, ready for collection. Inspection photos taken by the technician appear in the app, so you see the worn brake pad rather than being told about it at the counter. QUOTES YOU APPROVE, NOT SURPRISES YOU RECEIVE When extra work is needed, an itemised quote goes to your phone before anything is done. Approve or decline it in the app; the workshop sees your answer immediately. No approval, no work. INVOICES AND HISTORY THAT STAY PUT Every invoice and every completed job is kept in your account, per vehicle. Useful the day you need proof of service for a warranty claim, an insurance question or a resale. A PARTS SHOP THAT KNOWS YOUR CAR Browse parts and accessories filtered to your make, model, year and variant, so the catalogue only shows what fits. Engine oil is matched to your engine's viscosity and specification. Collect at the workshop, or have it fitted at your next appointment. MORE THAN ONE CAR Add every vehicle in the household and switch between them. Bookings, history, invoices and parts filtering all follow the selected vehicle. NOTIFICATIONS WORTH KEEPING ON Optional push notifications cover booking confirmations, quotes awaiting your approval, job completion and payment receipts. They are transactional only — there are no marketing notifications, and you can turn them off in Settings at any time. PAYMENTS Parts, services and deposits are paid through HitPay, a licensed Malaysian payment processor, supporting FPX online banking, cards and e-wallets. Everything charged is a physical product or real-world work on your vehicle — there are no digital goods and no in-app purchases. PRIVACY AND YOUR ACCOUNT Sign in with email, Google or Apple. You can delete your account and personal data from inside the app (Account → Delete account), or from https://workshop.alienworld.asia/AccountDeletion. Service and invoice records required for tax and warranty purposes are retained with your account unlinked from them. Alienworkshop Technology is part of Alienworld Technology Berhad. You can browse the parts catalogue without an account; booking, quotes, invoices and history need one.
