Your workout is ready today, your way, and it adjusts every week based on the effort you logged. FOUR WAYS TO START TRAINING Generate a plan with AI from your profile, build one from scratch, start from a ready template, or import the plan your personal trainer wrote (PDF or photo). You choose. The library has 800+ exercises with visual demos. TRAINING THAT ADJUSTS EVERY WEEK After each gym or home session you mark how it went: light, right, heavy or failed. Next week's loads change because of it. That is the autoregulation no spreadsheet does on its own, whether you lift for strength, size, or to leave the couch safely. CAN I PUSH TODAY? The home screen answers before you ask: today's readiness and this week's load come from the sessions you logged, with the real duration of each one. Missing data? The app says so. It is what no watch measures, and it sits next to the numbers your watch does measure. KADU TALKS TO YOUR DATA Kadu is Orkadu's assistant. Ask about today's workout, the knee that bothers you, or the load that will not go up: it answers with your numbers in hand and suggests the next step. Every week it writes your report with what changed, from facts already in the app. AI READS YOUR LABS, AND YOUR TRAINING TAKES IT INTO ACCOUNT Upload the lab PDF (or a photo of the sheet). Markers become visual reference rulers, you follow each one over time, and your training accounts for what the labs showed. Labs are optional: without them, your plan still comes from your profile. LOGGING WITHOUT FRICTION Log workout, set and load in a few taps, with session time counted for you. Running, walking and cycling take distance, and pace is calculated. Check in with weight, measurements and progress photos: the side-by-side comparison shows what the daily mirror hides. PROFILE, CHALLENGES AND COMMUNITIES You decide whether you show up. The profile is optional: nickname, level and achievements. Never labs, weight, measurements or photos. Invite your training partners to a challenge scored by sessions, or join a community, by invite or open, with a consistency ranking. You agree on what is at stake; the app keeps score, the settling is yours, outside the app. Every post and every member has two-tap reporting and blocking, and moderation responds within 24 hours.
