Adhyog Services: Laundry/Salon

Adhyog Services runs the work of a service shop from the counter, the chair and the delivery bike. It is made for salons and spas, laundries and dry cleaners, and other service businesses in India that take a job in, do it and hand it back. THE COUNTER • Book a new order in a few taps: pick services from your list, priced per piece, per kg, per sq.ft or flat • Set the due date (morning or evening), mark it Express with a surcharge, add notes and record any advance • Find a regular by name or number and see what they owe, or pick a new one from your phone's contacts • Choose walk-in or pickup and delivery, or at the salon or a home visit with a visit charge JOB CARDS • Every order moves through Received, Picked up, In process, Ready, Out for delivery and Delivered (In progress and Completed for salons) • Filters for due today and overdue, so nothing goes back late • Laundry and dry-clean: one garment tag per piece with order number, due date and piece count • Collection counters can send orders to your main processing centre and receive them back when done • Send the customer a tracking link or the bill through your own WhatsApp • Cancel a bill with a GST credit note SALON DIARY • A day view with a column for each stylist; tap a free slot to book • Booked, Confirmed, In chair, Done or No-show for every appointment • A walk-in queue: guests wait until a stylist is free, then start with whoever is free • Bill a finished appointment with the customer and service already filled in PICKUPS AND DELIVERIES • Each rider gets My runs: to collect, on the way, to deliver, done today • Call the customer or open the address in maps from the run • Mark picked up and delivered, with the name of the person and an optional proof photo ONLINE BOOKINGS • Share your services link and QR, or print it as a poster: customers see your services and prices with no app to install • Booking and pickup requests arrive with a sound; accept, reject or propose another time TEAM, MEMBERSHIPS AND OFFERS • Keep your team list: stylists, riders, washermen, pressers and helpers • A stylist commission report, stylist by stylist • Sell membership plans such as session packs or a member discount, and use them on the bill • Offers, vouchers and happy-hour timings DAY CLOSE AND REPORTS • The owner's home: today's takings, new orders, due today, overdue and today's appointments • Open the cash drawer with a float and count it at closing; service report, day book and item sales • Expenses, consumables and purchase orders WHEN THE INTERNET DROPS • New orders taken at the counter are saved on the phone and upload by themselves when the connection is back • The service list and the last order list stay on screen PRINTING • Bluetooth thermal printers paired with the phone, 58 mm or 80 mm rolls • Garment tags through the phone's print dialog, or on a TSC label printer • A4 GST invoices through the phone's print dialog STAFF ROLES • Separate logins for Owner, Manager, Cashier, Counter, Stylist, Rider and Accountant • The counter opens on New order, a stylist on their own bookings, a rider on My runs • Each person sees only the screens their role allows GST BILLS • GST rate and SAC code on each service, worked out on every bill, with your GSTIN • GST summary, GSTR-3B, HSN summary and the GSTR-1 file for your return LANGUAGES • The whole app in English and Hindi; switch any time (printed slips are in English) Some features, such as tags, the salon diary, memberships, online bookings and some reports, depend on your Adhyog plan.
