Adhyog School: Staff & Parent

Adhyog School puts the school office and the staff room on a phone. Teachers take the register, set homework and enter marks. The office collects fees, logs visitors at the gate, records a child who comes in unwell, and answers an admission enquiry. Parents open the same app to see their own child. Built for Indian schools, in plain language, and it works on the cheap Android phone your staff already carry. FOR TEACHERS • Take the register in a few taps, and write down why a child is away • Set homework, see who submitted, and grade it • Type in marks for a paper, one box per child, with the pass mark in view • Write the sentence on each child's report card that parents actually read • Rate children on the NEP competencies for the holistic progress card • See your week's timetable, and the periods you are covering for a colleague • Approve the leave a parent applied for FOR THE SCHOOL OFFICE • Today at school — registers taken, money collected, the sick room, the gate and the kitchen, on one screen • Collect a fee: find the child, pick the bill, record cash, UPI, cheque or a bank transfer, and hand over a receipt • The day's collection, split by how it came in • Front desk: visitors in and out, and a gate pass for a child leaving early • Medical room: today's visits, and a note for a child who comes in unwell • Admissions: take the enquiry, ring the parent, move it along • Find any child and call a parent straight from the record • Bus boarding, the library issue-and-return desk, and the kitchen's count for lunch FOR PARENTS • Your children, their attendance, and which days were missed • The report card once the school publishes it, with the teacher's remark • Fee bills, what is paid and what is still due • Messages, circulars, parent-teacher meetings, events and holidays • Raise a concern with the school and follow it HOW FEES WORK Adhyog School records the money your office actually takes — cash, UPI, cheque or a bank transfer — and issues the receipt. It does not process payments and takes no cut. PRIVACY A child's record is the school's, not ours. Aadhaar is never stored in full, only its last four digits. GETTING STARTED Your school signs up at edu.adhyog.com. Staff then sign in here with the login the school gives them; parents open the link the school sends and the app remembers it.
