Yendo Field Capture

Yendo Field Capture is the companion mobile app for field staff on the Yendo platform. It is built for teams that need to record water meter readings house by house, with proof that the worker was at the correct property. Key features: • Home and meter catalog: Work from the list your organization loads (including bulk upload) and select the nearby meter. • GPS validation (geofence): The app checks that you are at the correct location before you save a reading. • Camera-assisted reading (OCR): Capture the meter with the camera; the app suggests the reading and you can correct it manually if needed. • Offline mode: Keep working without signal; data syncs when connectivity returns. • History and control: Your organization sees reading history, source (app or manual upload), and anomalies in the Yendo dashboard. • Passwordless authentication: Sign in securely with one-time codes (OTP), the same as other Yendo apps. Important information: - Corporate use only: This is a work tool. Your employer or organization must have an active Yendo account and must have registered you first. - No self-serve signup: You cannot register or create a new account from this app. Access is managed by your team admin or manager. - Privacy: GPS location is used to validate that the reading is taken at the correct property. Photos are used to assist and back up the meter reading.
