imageRelease

imageRelease is the on-shoot companion to the imageRelease.uk platform. Capture signed model image-release forms from a phone or tablet during a photoshoot — no paperwork, no scanning, no chasing signatures later. WHO IT'S FOR Built for professional photographers, photo studios, agencies, and production teams who need legally clean image-release paperwork for every model on every shoot — fashion, editorial, commercial, stock, weddings and events. WHAT YOU CAN DO • Browse your shoots and projects synced from your imageRelease.uk account. • Add a model to a shoot in seconds: enter their details, attach a photo, capture their signature directly on the screen. • Handle minors: a parent / guardian flow collects the right consent and signatures. • Choose the right release: model, location or artwork — with your saved release terms applied automatically. • Work offline: drafts are saved on-device and synced as soon as you're back online — never lose a release because of patchy signal on location. • Stay in sync: notifications keep you up to date when remote signers complete a release you've sent. • QR sharing: hand the device or send a link for the model to sign on their own phone. WHY IT MATTERS A signed model image release is what stands between your shots and a usable, licensable, sellable asset. imageRelease keeps every release organised, searchable, time-stamped and tied to the right shoot from the moment the shutter clicks.
