Smart Operations Pro - ADI/PDI

Smart Operations PRO is the all-in-one vehicle management app built by a working driving instructor. With the new DVSA Code of Practice for driving instructors becoming mandatory, it keeps your vehicle checks, renewals and professional records in one place, so you can show you're meeting your responsibilities. It's just as useful for any driver who wants their mileage, compliance and maintenance sorted automatically. READY FOR THE MANDATORY CODE OF PRACTICE The DVSA's new mandatory Code of Practice for driving instructors is being introduced between late 2026 and early 2027. You'll need to declare you've read and agreed to it when you apply, renew your registration or apply for a trainee licence. The Code says you must keep your vehicle insured, roadworthy and legal, display your badge when giving paid lessons, update your registration within 7 days of a change, and provide information and documents if DVSA asks. Smart Operations PRO helps you cover the vehicle and record-keeping side: ✓ Daily and weekly vehicle checks, saved as dated records ✓ MOT, tax, insurance and ADI/PDI badge expiry alerts ✓ CPD log with certificate photos ✓ First aid course tracking ✓ 7-day registration update reminder ✓ A printable training record, ready if you're ever asked WHAT YOU CAN TRACK 🚗 Vehicle Compliance Stay on top of MOT, insurance, road tax, ADI/PDI badge and other professional renewals, with colour-coded alerts before anything lapses. 📋 Daily & Weekly Vehicle Checks Quick tick-box checks aligned with DVSA roadworthiness guidance, with notes for any defects. A clear, dated record that your car was checked before you taught in it. 🔧 Tyre & Maintenance Tracking Record tread depth and tyre pressure, log service history, and get warned in advance when a tyre is nearing the 1.6mm legal limit. Plan and budget for new tyres before you need them. 📍 HMRC Mileage Logging Log every journey and let the app calculate your HMRC mileage allowance automatically, with averages and a full-year forecast. Uses the latest HMRC rates, or set your own custom rate. ⛽ Live Local Fuel Prices See the cheapest nearby fuel stations by grade, with live prices and tap-to-navigate directions. 🌦️ Weather Alerts Local weather conditions with a driving advisory, so you know what to expect on the road today. 🎛️ Colour-Coded Dashboard One home screen shows your vehicle health and compliance status at a glance. Green means Ready to Teach. BUILT BY AN INSTRUCTOR, REFINED FOR EVERY DRIVER Smart Operations PRO started as one working ADI's solution to chasing paperwork instead of teaching. It's built for UK driving instructors (ADIs) and trainee instructors (PDIs), and the same tools work for self-employed tradespeople, delivery drivers, sales reps, or anyone who relies on their car for work. Stop juggling spreadsheets, paper logs and separate reminder apps. Everything you need to keep your vehicle compliant, your mileage claimable, and your days running smoothly is in one place. PRICING FREE TRIAL for your first 30 days, then £7.99/month after that - or save with an annual plan at £79.99/year. Cancel anytime · Works on any device. Your data belongs to you.
