SimplifiFleet is the driver app for SimplifiFleet, the fleet and compliance platform from Simplifi Solutions. It gives drivers one place to record the checks and reports their operator needs, straight from the vehicle. An existing SimplifiFleet account is required. Your organisation provides your login. DAILY VEHICLE CHECKS • Work through your organisation's walkaround check item by item, including tyres and wheel fixings • Mark each item OK, Defect or N/A, with notes • Photograph defects as you find them • Road-safety items are clearly flagged REPORT A DEFECT • Found a fault mid-shift? Report just that item without redoing the whole check • Add a description and photos • Defects go straight onto your fleet team's compliance register REPORT AN INCIDENT • Record collisions, damage, near misses and thefts while the details are fresh • Capture your location, photos of the scene and any police reference • Say whether the vehicle is off the road D906 LICENCE CONSENT • Review and sign your DVLA D906 declaration on your phone • See when your current consent expires WORKS WITHOUT SIGNAL Yards, depots and rural roads often have no coverage. Checks and reports are saved on your phone and sent automatically when you're back online, with nothing lost and nothing sent twice. SECURE BY DESIGN • Sign in with Microsoft (Entra ID) or your email and password with two-step verification • Your session is encrypted on the device • You only see and submit what your role allows SimplifiFleet works with your organisation's SimplifiFleet account.
