One Acc Lens

One Acc Lens is the companion app for One Acc AI, the AI-powered bookkeeping platform for small businesses and their advisers. Point your phone at a receipt, invoice or bill; Lens captures it, and One Acc AI reads the supplier, date, amounts and tax and proposes the entry for your ledger. You confirm it in the web app. No typing, no lost receipts. WHAT IT DOES • Scan a document with your camera. Edges are detected automatically and the page is straightened and converted to PDF on your device. • Choose where it goes: Inbox, Sales or Purchases. • One Acc AI reads the document and suggests the supplier, amounts, tax and account. Nothing is posted until you confirm it. • See at a glance which user and organisation you are signed in as. SIGN IN YOUR WAY • Sign in with One Acc opens app.oneacc.ai in your browser, so everything your account already uses works here too: password, Google, Microsoft, email codes, authenticator apps and passkeys. • Or tap Continue with Google to use the Google account already on your phone. BUILT FOR TRUST • Camera access only. No microphone, location or contacts. • No advertising, analytics or tracking SDKs. • Everything is sent over an encrypted connection to your One Acc AI account, hosted in the EU. • Your session is held in the device's secure storage. YOU NEED A ONE ACC AI ACCOUNT One Acc Lens is for existing One Acc AI customers. It does not work on its own: sign up for One Acc AI at oneacc.ai first, then sign in here with the same account. One Acc AI is in early access and is currently free to use.
