CorePaw Pro

CorePaw Pro is the business app for dog walkers, pet sitters and carers. Your round, your clients and your invoicing, on the phone that is already in your pocket. YOUR DAY • Today shows what is booked, who is out, and what still needs doing • Schedule one-offs or repeating work, with clashes flagged before you accept • Name a round once — the same four dogs, every Tuesday — instead of rebuilding it each week • Set the days you do not work, so nobody can book you on them RECORDING A WALK OR A VISIT • GPS route on a real map, with distance and time • Group walks: one outing, each dog with its own start, finish and report • Log a wee, a poo, a treat, a photo or a note as it happens, one-handed • Pause when you stop for your own errand — paused time is not recorded and not billed • Cats get visits, not walks, and are never asked the dog questions IT WORKS WITH NO SIGNAL Everything you record is saved on the phone and sent when signal returns. A field with no bars is where this app is used, so it is where it was built to work. THE OWNER'S SIDE • A walk report with the route, the photos and what you logged, emailed after every job • Pickup and drop-off notifications • Owners use CorePaw free, forever — they never pay anything • A care sheet for every animal: medications, allergies, feeding, vet, and what the owner has said about the lead and recall CLIENTS • Import your book from a spreadsheet rather than typing it in • Ask the client for the half of the record only they have — address, vet, emergency contact • Message a client, or tell everyone at once when the weather turns • Search everything you have ever recorded, by dog, by note, or by what you logged GETTING PAID • Bill a month's work in one run, or invoice a single job • Sequential numbered invoices, VAT, your logo and bank details, as a PDF • Mark a month paid in one go; see what is overdue • Optional polite reminders, off by default • Take card payments through your own Stripe account. The money goes to you. CorePaw takes no commission and never touches it YOUR BUSINESS • Add walkers to your team and choose exactly what each of them can see • Keep your licence and insurance expiry dates where you will actually be reminded of them • Export everything for your accountant LOCATION CorePaw Pro records your location in the background while a walk or visit is running, so the route keeps recording with the phone locked in your pocket and the owner gets an accurate report. It records only while a job is running, stops when you finish, and is never collected at any other time. FREE TRIAL AND SUBSCRIPTION CorePaw Pro is free for 30 days.
