From beginners to advanced practitioners, you will find classes for all levels and moods of the day using filters to make your search easy: you can filter level, intensity, duration, category, focus, and intention. You can either pick and choose your class or follow one of the many series to focus on your desired theme like : - Start your practice (beginners series) - Grow your practice (4-week program) - Upside down (learn inversions) - Ready for adventure (preparation for outdoor sports) - 7 days of yoga (15min/per day) - Crescendo (learn a vinysasa flow and go crescendo) - 7 chakras (flows, meditations & kundalini for all chakras) - Practice with your cycles (for women) - S.O.S when you are having a bad day - Thrive (7 full kundalini classes) - And more to come New series & single classes are being added regularly. The content is mostly in French for now, but English might come in the future. You can also practice with the monthly selection that gives you a suggestion of practices according to the season and energy of the month. We also have 2 hours of live sessions per month (minimum), either 2 live classes of 1h or 1 workshop of 2h, and spontaneous live sessions & discussions with the community to answer questions and share experiences. To access INSOHA studio with the app (iOS or Android) you need to subscribe to the PREMIUM subscription (auto-renewing payment). You have unlimited access to all content 24h/7 during your subscription. You can cancel anytime by going to your account settings at least 24 hours before your next payment.
