BODIES

Bodies by Lei was built for the woman who is done chasing trends that never work. For the model preparing for her debut. For the woman navigating perimenopause and menopause. For moms, for brides, and for the woman who simply wants it all. Created by New York City personal trainer Leilani, the creator of the viral EVOLVE Hot Strength class exclusively at Practice Room, this app blends science-backed programming with Hawaiian values to take body composition to the next level. Through strength pilates, mobility, yoga, flow state, and meditation, every session is designed to meet you where you are and push you further than you thought possible. Nutrition is treated as a non-negotiable pillar. Explore a growing recipe library with videos and downloadable recipe cards, plus tools to help you understand and track what fuels your body. Whether you commit to a program, a challenge, a workshop, or simply show up for the community, Bodies by Lei is a space to stay accountable, connected, and empowered as you become the version of yourself you have always wanted to be. For instructors, this is also a place to grow. Deepen your understanding of biomechanics and continue evolving your practice alongside a community that takes the craft seriously.
