Dingin: Tinnitus Relief

Dingin is a wellness and self-help app offering daily support for people living with tinnitus. It was designed by a clinical audiologist, inspired by evidence-based approaches to coping with tinnitus. The whole app is free: no subscriptions, no in-app purchases, no ads. Dingin does not provide medical diagnosis or treatment and is not a substitute for medical care. Always consult a healthcare professional about your symptoms. SOUND THERAPIES • Sound Enrichment — sound built around your tinnitus frequency. Enter your audiogram and the sound is shaped to the frequencies where you have hearing loss. • Notched Sound Therapy — noise with your tinnitus frequency removed; you can also notch your own music. • 10 Hz Modulated Sound Support. • Background and masking sounds - white, pink and brown noise plus nature sounds (rain, waves, forest, fire, wind), with a sleep timer and background playback. • Methods whose benefit is still under investigation are kept in a separate, clearly labelled section: Beat Method, Music-Based Habituation, Sensory Mirror, Pitch Alignment. SELF-HELP PROGRAMS • 8-week CBT-informed program. • 6-session ACT-informed program. • 8-week Mindfulness Program - every meditation comes with spoken guidance. • CBT-I-informed sleep self-help program. • Relaxation exercises: breathing, progressive muscle relaxation, mindfulness and wind-down, with spoken guidance. LEARN Short, referenced cards on tinnitus, sleep, sound safety, hearing aids, TRT and common myths. LANGUAGES Turkish and English. PRIVACY FIRST • No account or sign-up required. • All your data stays on your device; it is never sent to our servers. • You alone decide who to share an exported file with. • You can permanently delete all your data from within the app at any time. FOR CLINICIANS The app includes a section for clinicians: how to get the patient's data as an Excel workbook, which module suits which profile, and the terms of use. The app is free for personal use; please get in touch about clinical or institutional use. IMPORTANT Dingin is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat or prevent any disease.
