Make off time effortless. Offtime helps parents create consistent breaks from the internet for the people and devices in their home. Build a profile for each person, choose their phones, tablets, game consoles, and other devices, then create downtime windows that fit your household. Set schedules for school nights, bedtime, homework, meals, and weekends. Use different hours for different days, check what is active and what comes next, and temporarily pause or resume access when plans change. With Offtime, internet boundaries are clear, dependable, and easy to adjust. Once you set a schedule, it continues to work without daily device-by-device management. Create more room for sleep, schoolwork, meals, and time together—while keeping family internet rules simple and consistent. Requirements: Offtime is a companion app for homes with an OPNsense firewall and the Offtime OPNsense plugin installed. It is not a standalone router or internet service. Your phone must be connected to your home network during setup.

What's new

When your OPNsense firewall isn’t reachable, Offtime shows an offline screen instead of loading forever. Use Try again or open Settings to fix your connection or change how long to wait before offline appears (Settings → Diagnostics, default 5 seconds).
