My Starday

Not just another family calendar. My Starday helps children understand their everyday routines — what’s happening now, what comes next and what they’ve already achieved. It is designed for families who need more structure, predictability and visual support in everyday life. For children with ADHD, autism — or simply those who benefit from clearer routines — My Starday turns the day into simple, manageable steps. Clearer routines for children Children get their own simple visual view of the day. They can: • See what to do now • See what comes next • Follow routines step by step • Complete activities themselves • Collect stars • See their progress and achievements For parents Create visual routines for mornings, afternoons, evenings, bedtime, homework, getting ready and everyday tasks. • Daily and weekly routines • Visual support and pictures • Activities broken into smaller steps • Stars and positive motivation • Family-defined rewards • Multiple children and adults • Progress over time Especially useful when structure matters My Starday can be especially useful for families with children who have ADHD, autism or other neurodivergent needs — but no diagnosis is required. The goal is simple: clearer routines, less repeated reminding and more opportunities for children to take part independently. My Starday is available in English and Swedish.
