FieldIQ

FieldIQ is the app for field teams: sales forces, but also meter readings, inspections, surveys and audits. Every visit, order, delivery, collection or operation is recorded on site, even without a connection, then synchronised with your organisation's FieldIQ server. IMPORTANT: FieldIQ is a business app. You need a FieldIQ account provided by your organisation to sign in. The app does not let you create an account. If your company does not use FieldIQ yet, contact us at fieldiq.tech. SALES AND DISTRIBUTION * Follow your route: the customers to visit, your itinerary and the time of each visit. * Take orders, manage deliveries and collections at the customer's. * Track your vehicle stock and stock movements. * Create and update your customers, with their GPS position. CUSTOM FIELD OPERATIONS FieldIQ is more than a sales tool. Your organisation designs, without code, the form for any field operation, and you get it in the app, offline included: photos, signature, GPS position, lists, documents and conditional fields. * Water and power: industrial meter data collection readings, connection checks. * Inspection and maintenance: checklists, before / after photos, signature. * Surveys and censuses: GPS-stamped outlet census, polls. * Merchandising: shelf audits, competitor presence, point-of-sale material. WORKS OFFLINE Data is kept on the device and sent when the network returns. LOCATION AND ROUTE TRACKING While a route is active, FieldIQ collects your precise location, including when the app is closed or not in use, to record your route and confirm each client visit. This data is shared with your organisation. A persistent notification is shown during tracking, and collection stops when the route ends. You can withdraw the permission at any time in Android settings.
