Billo

Some software demands your attention. billo gives it back. billo is a billing app for freelancers, cafés, homestays, shops and small businesses. Make a bill, send it on WhatsApp, know who has paid. That is the whole thing. No accounts. No ads. No subscriptions. FREE FOREVER. NOT THE TRIAL KIND. All of billo is free, permanently. Not a free tier with the useful parts locked, and not a countdown to a payment screen. Your logo on your bills is free. Removing the billo signature is free. There is nothing to unlock and nothing to buy. BUILT FOR REAL WORK Whether you send one invoice a week or run a counter all day, billo is meant to stay fast and predictable. Bills take seconds. Items sit in categories you name. Tax and invoice numbers are handled. Paid and unpaid stay where you can see them. You do not have to type your menu in to get started. Photograph a printed menu or price list and billo reads the names and prices off it and fills your item list for you. You check everything before any of it is saved. And if you bill the same person across several days — a homestay, a workshop, a job that runs on — a bill can stay open and keep taking items until you close it, with each day listed separately on the finished invoice. WHAT IS INSIDE • Works with the data switched off, every feature, no exceptions • Bills, invoice numbers and GST • Your business name and logo on every bill • Multi-day bills that stay open • Paid and unpaid tracking • Sales insights, best sellers and profit • Share on WhatsApp, or export a PDF • Your UPI ID and payment QR printed on every bill • Detects UPI QR codes from screenshots • Scan a printed menu to fill your item list • Fast search • Local backup and restore • Dark and light modes PRIVACY BY DESIGN Your business belongs to you. billo keeps your data on your phone. There is no account to create, nothing syncing in the background, and nothing watching you. Back it up when you choose. Restore it when you need it. A NOTE FROM ME billo exists because billing software slowly became something it was never meant to be. Accounts. Subscriptions. Ads. Features stacked on features. I wanted something quieter — something that opens fast, does one job well, and gets out of the way. If billo quietly becomes part of your day, then it has done exactly what it was built to do.
